I brought a parcel in on a Monday paid $24.00 for xpress post with tracking number checked Wednesday afternoon,pkg still sitting in Parry sound,this is terrible service thes are meds for a cancer patient on dialysis and very ill,this is not right.why would it still have not moved?

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
