Sent standard letter to overseas from Edmonton Alberta to India. Paid $23.00 for tracking , informed on screen it would take 3-7 business days, my letter is still sitting in Montreal QC on the 7th day. Would not use this service again!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
