If I could give a lower rating then one star I would. I’ve never had a smooth deliver with Canada post. Absolutely beyond a doubt the most useless shipping company I have ever had to deal with, its mind blowing. Some kid doing rounds in his moms mini van is a better option then using Canada post. I’ve made an account, still never gotten a phone call when my package is out front. So much for two day shipping. Never mind they’ve never tried buzzing me either.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
