Very disappointed! I paid 43.47 for a parcel to be insured and “safely” delivered. The recipient lives in a complex with outside doorways to each unit. The parcel was just “dropped” at the doorway. No signature asked for. If it wasn’t for her next door neighbor seeing it before anyone else, it would have been stolen. This parcel was also insured for $1,000. Recipient when asked was told you are not taking signatures because of Covid.??? NOT IMPRESSED!!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
