Such a horrible service I have not seen in my whole life, had I sent my post by ordinary post, it would have been received by now, I have paid 77 doller for courier & lost my piece of mind. The parcel was stationed at Montreal for 5 day & then it reached Bombay there also it was lying for 5 days. It has reached Delhi on 24 & Yet to be delivered at my residence what is use of sending by courier,I will ten people not to send any post by courier through CANADA POST it's a certainly a deficiency of service

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
