I try not to have anything shipped with Canada Post anymore because it seems every time I do there is an issue. They have lost items, sent to the wrong place, are usually delayed, and I have even had items stolen from the community box. Each of these times they are less than helpful and say, “sorry.” But I am basically on my own to figure it out with the seller. This needs to change. They need to be held accountable, especially when they are Canada’s main courier. It is embarrassing that they can’t seem to get their act together and deliver a package properly.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
