So Canada Post says they attempted delivery but did not, I call in to customer service and am told my address does not exist, argue with Rep that I've had items delivered here before and then ask to speak to manager and she hangs up on me. Canada Post shouldn't be allowed to deliver parcels if this is how they handle things. Absolutely worst customer service ever.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
