I'd give you a zero if it was an option. Why is it i pay extra for priority , and do not get it earlier than regular mail? It would seem that I was not provided the service I paid for , should I not be refunded the difference? Is that not how it works I pay, you provide a service ? Yiur inability to track the package makes it even more offensive that you have in fact cheated me out of my money and provided not only the delivery , but also failed to provide tracking.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
