I live in a Townhouse and it would seem that unless you live in a house, Canada Post will not come to your door to deliver a package despite ordering from a website that ensures door to door delivery. I was home all day all 3 delivery dates now so there is no excuse. When a website gives you the option of post office pick up vs. Home delivery and 7/10 times it ends up at the post office...there's a problem! They have crammed other packages into my mailbox and ripped the packaging so in the end, I'm not sure what's better!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
