I am sorry I just can't give the post any higher. It should not take 15 days for an envelope to go from Legal Alberta, to Chestermere Alberta. I also found out an envelope I mailed with important medical information , never did arrive 7 months ago. So I had to send it registered. I sent it on the 17th of November and it is still sitting in a post office in edmonton. I guess I will have to send everything registered from now on. Just so I can track it.. it is too bad my son and 2 of his children probably won't get their birthday cards.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
