Horrible delivery service, I had an item dispatched to my apt. Heard my ringer , went to the door to see no one. Went downstairs to the main door were I see a delivery guy in his truck, I wait for about 1 minute the guy comes back puts some items in the mail boxes and leaves. I open the door and ask if he’s buzzes the main door he says yes and says yeah but it’s to late without very acknowledging me standing halfway out the door. This is unacceptable, I will avoid any shipping from Canada post. This delivery was done in Brossard

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
