Usually very satisfied with Canada Post but this time I was told my parcel arrive on Thursday then Friday then they supported leave a tempted delivery Monday told me to go pick it up Tuesday when Tuesday after 1 PM Came no parcel I guess I just keep trying and hope one day I can pick it up before Christmas thanks for the lousy service very disappointing

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
