In a little over a year I have failed to receive numerous packages, I have received others mail, so I assume the gifts and jewelry and most recently a name tag which I desperately needed after losing my work one, its a nursing home so I need it, I didn't realize it was going through Canada post from Amazon, or I wouldn't have ordered. If there is no tracking, I'm lucky to get it. What an embarrassment to have to write companies to explain I didn't get what I paid for. Also I track my medications, if it rains, or is windy, it doesn't get delivered that day. I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. I'm working in a Hotspot for the virus and try to order what I can so I don't drag nursing home germs into stores, can't reorder something now because holiday mail means I will for sure not see my parcel.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
