I mailed two little parcel at the SAME time both expedient shipping, both tracking numbers on the same receipt. One arrived 5 days later. One still isn’t there. I would be ok if this only happened once but this is the 3rd time! They were birthday presents. It is so frustrating when the destination is only 3 and 1/2 hours away ! I want to use the postal system of our country but cmon Canada Post ! You have to do better!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
