I am very, very disappointed with the service provided by Canada Post. I have expedited important and original documents to US on Nov 6th and on Nov 30th my enevelop has still not been delibevered due to an error on their end. I called them 2 weeks ago and I was devised that in 5 days someone will call me. I called them again after 7 days with the same answer: somebody will call me back for sure in 5 days. Unfortunately this are very important documents that were lost and they will probably not be recovered and I relied on their service.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
