I wish I could give it 0 stars instead. Honestly the tracking is so inaccurate and so unreliable. Every time I try to track my package the arrival date keeps changing on the day it was originally supposed to arrive. And NO this is not due to Covid as Canada post has always been like this so dont use the current situation as an excuse.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
