Canada Post is horrible. 6 weeks for a parcel to get from B.C to Saskatchewan. They were no help when I inquired on it, I had to contact the sender to set up an inquiry, 2 days later I received parcel. Numerous other parcel I am waiting for, no updates tracking info, so no idea if it’s on route or not! This is my personal deliveries. Work mail is even worse!!! They lost mail, mail that was sent over 2 months ago we still have not got! Opened up a trouble ticket for missing 5 customer payments, they were to email our company after opening the ticket, they did not and can’t get ahold of anyone to follow up on ticket. Next time they threaten strike action for more money or benefits, fire them all and rehire people that may actually do their job.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
