disappointed in the length of time this parcel took. accepted at Red Deer post office on Nov 30. Processed in Edmonton Dec 6 which is 1.5 hours drive took 6 days. Processed in Richmond BC Dec 11 which took 5 days for a 2 hour flight. Still has not reach the border almost 2 weeks from sent date to now. Hopefully US mail can move it faster. And all this for $30 for 2.243kg parcel. I think this is unacceptably slow.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
