I paid $14 to make sure my letter arrived at a decent time in Crossfield. I sent it Dec 5. It still hasn't arrived and it's a week later , so I checked the tracking number and it got sent to Lethbridge. Why did I bother to pay the extra money if you were just going to screw it up and it won't arrive now until who knows when. I could have just sent it normally and it probably would have got there the same time. You owe me $14.33 . Thats what I paid to get it delivered faster. My name is Brad Mcewen. So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
