Zero consistency. I've been tracking a parcel that was expected to arrive 2 weeks ago. It made it all the way from Ontario to Richmond, BC in a day, and the tracking said it was expected to be delivered 2 days later. But 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived and the tracking now shows it having sat in Richmond for almost 2 weeks and it is now on its way to Kelowna! I live in Kamloops. Tracking now says it will be delivered this Friday...another 3 days away. When all is said and done...approx 4 weeks to get from Richmond to Kamloops?? Under no circumstances is this ok.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
