Never able to receive parcel from Canada Post even when I stay at home. The postman is too lazy to bring out the parcel to deliver. Even worse is the postman not even give you the delivery notice but cheat that he did so. When I checked the website, he cheats that he has given out the deliver notice to me! It's not the first time. This becomes his routine! Why we need to pay for service when we end up need to pick up the parcel by ourselves?!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
