My recent experience with Canada Post has been horrible. I sent a parcel from Kelowna to Grande Prairie on Dec, 8/20; it went to Calgary on Dec. 9/20. Today it is Dec. 23/20 and it is still sitting in Calgary according to my tracking and the person I called yesterday. I have no idea WHY this parcel hasn't moved for 14 days! I understand that Canada Post is busier than normal because of COVID-19 but this is incomprehensible. Not only can my daughter spend Christmas with us in Kelowna, she won't receive her gifts either from us unless a miracle happens yet this last day before Christmas. I am disappointed, angry and frustrated.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
