TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don't have printers? Tape? Like seriously??? Can't tape your package closed they use your label which is not super secure. But no worries they sell tape for 5 dollars in store. And I'm sorry how the eff does a post office not have the equipment to make a package complete and easy to send ? They are all so lazy too like don't seem to want to ever do anything. LASTLY one time they got someone else to sign for my package with different name and address and I called them asking where it was cause I didn't sign for it and it was delivered and their response was "Well we can't go back and get it thats against the law." So I asked "okay...so what would I do if the person who wrongfully took it doesn't return it?" And they said "tell the company you purchased it from to refund it" WTF the company didn't get someone else's signature and deliver my package wrong. You did... LUCKILY the person returned it to the post office.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
