I just tracked my package that was sent from Prince George B.C to Taylor B.C. I sent it priority post on the 12th of December. It say it's in Vancouver. At this point I would like to make a complaint. I send a card that coat $10. to send due to all mail never arriving. I have already made a complaint earlier on line. Why should I have to pay priority for a card or anything for that matter. I want an investigation into who on YOUR staff is stealing mail. This has been going on for years. So do something about it or I will go to whoever to report this. I have told the post office here and it's been reported at the Taylor post office, which they don't seem to care. Nobody has ever got back to me on this matter.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
