I am a very unsatisfied customer, I purchased this item online from Bestbuy in good fate. For my daughters Christmas present. On the 16th of December 2020. At the time I received an email to say the item will be delivered on the 22nd of December 2020. However it didn't turned up so checked the bestbuy tracking site the next day and it said its on its way for the 24th of December 2020. I called bestbuy customer services who where very unhelpful. I'm I surprised NO! And still today is the 28th of December 2020 and still no delivery attempt or any tracking information update for 2 weeks. I was told to call Canada Post and all they did was to raise 2 tickets for investigation. Still nothing and it has been over 2 weeks now still no delivery. I'm just going to contact the seller and cancel the order because this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
