Not once has anything I've ever sent through Canada post ever been on time. This last time I thought I'd work around them so I sent it through fed ex to go 3 provinces over. On Dec 10. Instead because fed ex was so busy they took it to the province to be delivered and then passed it over to Canada post on Dec 17. To be deliver to the address. But instead of being delivered. They sat it on a shelf, where it is now Dec 29 and its still sitting there. My son who is stuck in BC because of covid can't get back home for Christmas so I sent his gifts to him so he'd have something to open on Christmas. BUT they won't deliver them. So my son who can't get home and is stuck didn't even have a Christmas. Thanks alot Canada Post. Im sure you all had Christmas though. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
