I order an item on December 30th 2020 which is only an hour away from me and as of today January 07/ 2021 it still hasn't arrived! It was shipped on the 30th thru Canada Post! When I submit the tracking # it only shows that it was shipped. No other information.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
