Because it is run by the government it is a complete failure. Nobody takes responsibility for the inefficient transfer of goods which private enterprise has entirely figured out but the asinine logistics team at our Canadian postal service has an inability to comprehend how businesses should be run. Would have given zero stars but that isn’t an option.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
