Canada Post used to be the best shipper in North America but they have had too many labour disruptions and to much work to rule. Now you cannot trust them to deliver on time. Canada Post employees used to be proud and work to deliver not delay packages. My window to return an item just ended because an item went to Kitchener instead of London and was left sitting there from 3:24 am Friday (delivery day) until 7 am Tuesday. No excuse for these actions. Took less time to get from BC to Mississauga than Kitchener to London

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
