Very poor service. Phoned twice to open a service account since my parcel was more than a month overdue. Both times the agents had such a limited grasp of English that my email address was incorrectly recorded even though I spelled it with the phonetic alphabet . Twice! Finally on the third try an agent was able to record my information properly, I think although I still haven't received an email. I did receive a phone call however. The tracking app is showing even less information than before with only the postal dates from Montreal. Very shoddy service. Still don't know where my package is. I give a minus rating.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
