The rudest people work here! I've tried multiple post office locations with the exact same result. Staff is rude. I simply asked approximately how long my package would take to deliver to BC, knowing full well there is flooding in BC and it is Christmas time. I expect delays. The lady went off the wall! Called me entitled. If I had a different avenue in sending the package, I can promise you, I would have. Your staff clearly needs to be trained in customer service. Christmas is stressful. I get that. I work in customer service as well. But, regardless, no customer deserves the backlash of their horrible attitudes.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
