I sent out an xpresspost on dec 12 from Thunder Bay going to Kelowna It went to Richmond Bc the next day, back to Thunder Bay the next day only to go back to Richmond The last up date was Dec 18; still sitting in Richmond, ( I have no idea what is happening , bec of no update How can I get some help? So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
