I placed two orders from Amazon for the same product two days apart. Both products were delivered from the Amazon warehouse in Calgary to the Vancouver warehouse one day apart then handed over to Canada post where it took 6 days for the first to arrive and I am still waiting for the second 10 days after ordering. Why can't Canada Post perform like Purolator and DHL. Why use weather disruption as an excuse when other carriers find ways to deliver on time.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
