Deplorable service, waiting over a week for a paid priority parcel from B.C. to Manitoba, which happens constantly. Tracking service always says in transit whilst sitting at a location for days upon days. And, a certain employee at the Teulon Manitoba location is always, either too busy outside smoking and coughing her face off or taking personal calls on her phone to do her job. Then, on top of that, she becomes rude to customers when asked to do anything that her position requires. Just another example of poor work ethics and even poorer managed Canadian business. SHUT CANADA POST DOWN!!! You don't even deserve the one star rating, but wouldn't let me post without it. So take your one special star and stick it on your forehead for every one to see how special you are.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
