The last Canada post package a received, a postal service worker did not leave a pickup slip and I had to track it down through customer service. This time, my package was “out for delivery” over a week ago and customer service has been unable to indicate why or how long this might delay the package. They have suggested I can receive updates when it is scanned, but if it is lost or sitting in a truck somewhere that won’t happen. I would like them to be more proactive in investigating lost items because they just seem to take a wait and see approach.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
