Send a parcel to Alberta Canada to my daughter it was a month my daughter didn’t receive any notice or the parcel ..when o told my daughter to go to the post office it’s there .she explained to the post office clerk they said that normal you don’t get a notice at your door or in your mail box ..They we’re getting the parcel ready to return it to me grrr how is someone suppose to know that a parcel is their for them if they don’t receive a notice grrr I’d say lazy mail carrier

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
