I sent a parcel worth about $80.00 Canada fund from Florenceville-Bristol NB Post office in September 2021. The lady handling my order didn't seem to know what she was doing. Finally after asking me personal information infront of afew other patrons...she seem to have got the delivery task finished. My parcel was not tracked...a huge mistake on my part because it never made it to my sister's home in New Jersey!! very sad and I feel it was the lady who served me did something wrong. I have never had a parcel not make it to its destination. I usually use Woodstock or Hartland NB POST offices. The clerks there seem to know what they are doing. plus I always get tracking on parcels before and since that incident.

  • How can this be messed up ??? Parcel from Brantford ended up going to North Bay then to Toronto now in Kitchener . 2 days late . I could have drove and picked it up if I knew this was going to happen. Seller should get his money back!!! Bad bad service.

  • I find it strange that I sent a package from Markham, Toronto to mississauga and your site shows on your map that the package is at Thunder Bay. Are you taking it on a country wide trip or what.

  • I've never had a problem. If it means I can get a $60 package delivered by Canada Post for $25.00 instead of $180.00 (can you believe it!) FEDEX! I'd rather wait a little longer than pay Fedex, that price!

  • Was to get my package 4 days again, went to post office, they said it is still in wpg.mb. Not happy

  • We were waiting for an imortant delivery that was not left as funds owing. Seems Canada Post delivering people do not have the machine ro collect funds so just leave a notice in my mailbox. Will never use them again for this type of important delivery
