Package went into limbo mode shipped out of facility back to facility bought insurance tracking showed fault of shipper being in their hands never delivered and also denied insurance complete joke lost 500 dollars through their inept procedures

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
