Terrible, terrible terrible. i understand being understaffed and such but update your tracking information correctly don't tell people to expect a delivery that day and then when the time passes that it should have arrived i have to contact a live agent to be told it hasn't even been processed yet???? how can that be? all i know is that if anyone wants a delivery thats fast then contact ANYONE but Canada post ......slow,slow,slow my driver hasn't even shown up today to drop off mail. ughhh. unfortunately cant give under 1 star. i'm upset and your agents are NOT very helpful either.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
