I sent my phone Aug 06 to my work location, Fort St. John, BC from Vancouver, i couldn't get it in time, I couldn't work there, and I came back Aug 10 to Vancouver. It was sitting at the Processing center, Richmond for 5 day. i talked with service representatives and a manager and sent emails a few times to Ombudsman, however it won't work. I tried to ask my phone to deliver back to my home after cancelling the delivery to there. it won't work. It's so terrible, i am so stressful. I am renting a phone now, i don't know when i can my phone. losing my business everyday because i don't have any contact numbers.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
