My pkg was sent out on the 12th it was in mississauga on the 12th and today is the 23rd and it still shows mississauga so my pkg never moved in 10 days it usually only takes 4 days I'm just hoping its not lost I'm hoping it shows up I hate waiting for pkgs because I'm always checking the tracking number for progress I call canada post and get a computer no live agent I would just like to know why I'm waiting so long will I ever get the right reason why

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
