Very poor customer service. My parcel was sent out on a Wednesday and was going to Mississauga. On Saturday I tracked my package and it was still in London. Could not get an explanation for this. I will try not to use Canada Post in the future. Do your job or go out of business.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
