Sent parcel on Aug 24th, supposed to take 5 business days, going from Kelowna, BC to Montreal. Didn't arrive so I tried tracking it online. Tracked it to Calgary where it arrived Aug 26th. Since then (now more than 14 says) the o/l tracking system still shows it going no further than Calgary. I tried having an o/l chat but each time I was asked to provide credit card info in order to proceed, said whatever was charged would be refunded. I'm not willing to do that, and feel I shouldn't have to. Went back to originating post office. The agent couldn't pull up anything more than I could, gave me a 1-800#. Called them. After giving me the same info I already had, and a small apology, they said to wait til Monday to see if delivered over weekend. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED, CANADA POST! You charge enough for your service, but can't seem to guarantee proper delivery.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
