Canada post is totally unreliable! I was told it will take 2 days for my parcel to be delivered using the express service. This turned out to be a blatant lie! The parcel is yet to be delivered as at 3 days after the due date. The parcel is still a stone throw away from the pick up location 5 days after! This is so disgusting! Customers end up being at the receiving end of this incompetence from Canada post.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
