A perfect example of every Canadian federal service. Lazy, uncaring, non-competitive, horribly overpaid and completely overpriced. My package never arrived and it turns out it had been stolen by a Canada Post employee. Ridiculous NB-based Customer Service (what a laugh) told me they couldn’t help and I was on my own. Then suggested I call the Sender and ask him to make a claim, since even though I had paid for the shipping and insurance, Canada Post only had an obligation to the Sender. They are the worst value on the planet.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
