ive been awaiting on a package to arrive wich said it would be here no later than Nov 6,2022 it had arrived in richmond on Oct 31, 2022 we are now on evening of November 17, 2022 and i have yet to get my package, and ive learnt that my package is in Victoria as of November 14, 2022, not very impressed at all... last year i paid for the fastest and most expensive way to send a xmas package from cowichan valley to Kamloops area, it left on November 30 and was to arrive there no later then December 2 or 3 2021 the package didnt not arrive until Janurary the 9th 2022 and i paid over $80 and whem i made note of their error i was told nothing they could do for me to fix the issue,

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
