Not at all impressed. Put a small package in your mailbox on warrender ave nov30th in Etobicoke in the M9r4b2 4b2 area and still your records are saying have not received or scanned it yet so i assuming your agent that cleared that box never delivered it to your depot for processing. I’ve worked in the courier industry for 30 years and I know the ins and outs of freight processing.I insured the package but since I can’t prove I dropped it off at the mailbox, I,m out 300.00. My suggestion to you is to find out what agent was working that route nov30th clearing the boxes, because something fishy might be going on. Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
