Canada Post review by Colette Sheaves
Canada Post advised us of the new opening and closing times starting Dec 5th. This card was placed in our mail box and I noticed it is also on the counter. Went down on Saturday Dec 10th 8:05 as the card said Saturday 8:00 no one there. Went back an hour later and the girl said they don’t open until 9:00, just wondering if it was a misprint or not and are you actually on Tuesday and Thursday nights as advertised.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
