Always the Delivery had have Delay and late never been on time & also to track your parcel or items with canada post and tracking with them really really hard and sometimes never find it as well as very poor customer service and follow up..!!? Never happy end Even if you call customer service you will get no solution or your problem been solved or happy answer.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
