My package is sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away and according to Canada Post it will sit there for another 6 days until they get around to delivering it. This is typical. Shipped from Eastern US to Montreal then across Canada to Vancouver in 2 or 3 days then Canada Post sits on it for a week.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
